Sarah Karl is a managing director at ASGK Public Strategies.

Prior to working at ASGK, Karl worked as a Vice President at Weber Shandwick managing integrated program development and overseeing execution for multiple food and consumer packaged goods clients. Her portfolio included several Kraft Foods brands, such as Oreo, as well as the National Pork Board, creators of The Other White Meat campaign. As leader of the Kraft Foods Nabisco business, Karl directed programs that sought to elevate the consumer experience and ultimately drive sales. For the National Pork Board, Karl provided planning and media relations counsel to drive awareness and consumption of pork nationwide. Of note, she oversaw public relations efforts around the Board’s first ever grassroots mobile marketing tour, its first cause marketing campaign with Feeding America, as well as multiple influencer efforts to educate culinary and health professionals on the positive benefits of pork.

Prior to Weber Shandwick, Karl spent five years at Edelman Public Relations working in its food and beverage practice for clients such as Dairy Management Inc., Clorox Specialty Food Brands and Bush Brothers. In that role, her primary responsibilities included media relations and influencer outreach.
