Adam Ukman is a Principal at ASGK Public Strategies.
Ukman has a background in field and grassroots advocacy, working for both federal and statewide campaigns. Prior to joining ASGK, he designed and led the field effort for the 2009 Virginia Coordinated Campaign.
From March 2007 to November 2008, Ukman worked for the Obama for America Presidential campaign. He implemented a winning field strategy as an organizer during the Iowa caucus before moving onto five other primary states. During the general election, he worked as a deputy field director in Colorado, where Obama won with more than 53% of the vote.
In 2006, Ukman also spent a year at a DC-based public strategies firm where he helped build coalitions and create earned media opportunities. In this position, he helped drive the message surrounding federal telecommunications issues.
Ukman graduated from Emory University with a degree in political science and creative writing. He currently lives in Chicago.
